3 of the Internets Best Weight Loss Methods

So health and fitness is a thing. It's not always been easy for me to lose weight or even stay in shape. Here recently over the past couple of months I have dropped 20 pounds from my highest weight ever, at 220 pounds. Obviously I'm no weight loss connoisseur but I have had success with research and methods recently. I can't say I did too bad of a job.


Life sucks, especially more when you don't feel comfortable in your own skin. Here's a little public service announcement: you don't have to be thin to be beautiful. However, if by a slim chance you've struggled with losing weight in the pursuit of a healthier body, you're absolutely in the right place.

The internet encases an endless array of weight loss products, methods, tips and tricks that could construct a list that would stretch from you to the moon. These products I'm sharing with you I have either: 1. Tried myself, or 2. Know someone who has tried them and been successful with them. Here they are:
